- Can I order any of your products with NO sound?
- The unique sound feature is optional for boxes and folios. So, you can select to have it or not through ordering process. However, voice invitation cards are ONLY offered with sound.
- What is your minimum order quantity?
- For box and folio products the minimum order is only 25. It is 50 for voice invitation cards
- How many times will the music/sound play?
- Invite By Voice products will play sound /voice approximately 300 times, or about two years whichever comes first. So, please close the card or box after it plays to preserve battery life and retain best performance.
- How does the sound activate?
- The sound/voice is programmed into a module, powered by a battery and concealed inside the invitation. Cards are activated upon unfolding. For the box, the sound starts playing once the lid is opened. The folios have a button that will play once the guest pushes it.
- What do I get with sample package?
- Invitation sample comes with sample invitation, rsvp and thank you cards. We also include a font choice list and ink color sheet.

- What is the postage required for these items?
- As with many wedding invitations, Invite By Voice Invitations are larger and thicker than an average letter and will require additional postage. Please see your local post office as prices vary with destination.
- Can I or anyone else erase the recorded song/voice intentionally or by mistake?
- No. Sound modules are pre-programmed and not re-recordable.
- What if no sound comes on?
- Even though we 100% inspect all of our products before delivery, Invite By Voice solidly guarantees to replace any defected item that reported by customer within 2 days of delivery date.
- My idea requires a custom design. Is there a consultation fee? What are my obligations?
- We would be more than happy to discuss your design needs and our consultation time is FREE. After understanding your needs/requirements we will provide you with a quote including price, estimated delivery time and required down/initial non-refundable payment.
- Do you address and mail my order to my guests?
- We do address and mail your invitations, but with each invitation purchase you will also receive 2 address labels. One can be printed with your return address and the other can be used to hand address your guests or for a place card.
- How can I customize your product to my needs?
- The options are endless to customize our products to meet your event. With multiple colors or ribbon, fabric, ink color, photos, typefaces and embellishments you can be assured that your invite will look original and memorable. - How long will it take to receive my order?
- After your order is placed, we will send an email with a proof. Once you give us approval your order should arrive between 2 to 3 weeks for invitation cards and 6 to 8 weeks for folios and boxes
